Hi, Im Rich Higgins and Im Debbie Trimmer, proprietors of the Trapper Creek Lodge in Darby, Montana. Along the Bitterroot River, my family has been providing lodging and outdoor recreational activities from our ranch here in Western Montana since the 1960's. We provide a variety of activities like real fishing, fly fishing, hunting, and hiking, only to name a few and all the amenities a motel has to offer!

Our Western Montana location offers the benefits of quiet seclusion in our vacation cabins along the Bitterroot River.  With an added benefit to our lodging, we provide a wide variety of year round activities.  If your favorite isn't fishing, hunting, and/or hiking, just ask us!  There are too many recreational opportunities available at our location outside of Darby, Montana.  Plus, were a great place to host those family reunions!
